Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use ConversionNaija. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Description of the Service

ConversionNaija is an AI-powered conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) auditor tuned for Nigerian and West African e-commerce. You submit a URL; we analyze the page and return a report with trust-signal findings and A/B-test hypotheses.

The findings are advisory - generated by AI models that can make mistakes or miss context. Nothing in the report is a professional consulting engagement, a legal opinion, or a guaranteed outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the report.

3. Account

You may run up to 3 audits as an anonymous visitor (one free audit, plus two extra unlocked by submitting feedback). To run more or save your audit history, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account, create multiple accounts to evade limits, or use someone else’s account.

4. Free tier and fair use

• Anonymous users: 1 free audit per rolling 30-day window per IP address, plus 2 bonus audits unlocked by submitting feedback (one bonus grant per identity per window).
• Signed-in users: 50 audits per calendar month.

We reserve the right to change these limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit any URL you do not own or do not have express permission to audit.
• Submit URLs containing malware, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, bot detection, or other technical protections.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our prompts, heuristics, or model weights.
• Resell the Service, sublicense access, or integrate it into a competing audit tool without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the URLs you submit and to any data about your own site. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to fetch and analyze the page solely to provide the Service.

The audit report generated for you is yours to use however you want - share it with your team, attach it to a sales pitch, publish it. We do not claim any rights over your report content.

7. Our content

ConversionNaija’s source code, prompts, UI, and analytic framework are the intellectual property of Aivra Lab. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reuse our methodology, brand, or copy beyond your use of the Service itself.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on Supabase, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter. Their respective terms and privacy practices apply to the data they process on our behalf. If any of these providers changes terms or becomes unavailable, we may need to suspend or modify the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific audit finding is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aivra Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your audit history will be removed within 30 days.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify signed-in users by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
